The Chocolate Fling Benefit is our main annual fundraiser. This event combines the talents of our extraordinary local chocolatiers with support from our local retail sponsors for a wonderful afternoon that includes a silent auction and a live auction. Last years auction donations included items ranging from an old fighter jet and a ride in hot air balloon to paintings and jewelry by local artists. Come enjoy sampling chocolates and bidding on numerous auction items while listening to great live music. Take a few minutes to listen to brief testimonials and emcee (one of the most energetic anchors) Sunny 92.3’s James Howard.
The Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit formed in 1977 to meet the needs of the 1 in 100 who have epilepsy. We provide free support services and work to educate the community. One of our most-used resources is prescription assistance for people with epilepsy that are unable to afford their epilepsy medication. One of our hopes for the future is to to help under or uninsured people see a neurologist. We plan to continue to offer case management and medication assistance, conduct support group meetings, and go into the schools to educate others about this disease. We cannot do this without your support and the Chocolate Fling is an important and fun way to help us raise money. We hope you can support us for our 9th annual Chocolate Fling Sunday April 24, 2016.
