Well, he did it! Mr. Ironman Chattanooga, James Howard, successfully completed his first ever Ironman competition!
Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you to everyone who supported Sunny 92.3's James Howard and the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee for this past Sunday's Ironman Chattanooga! James is on the road to recovery and we will post a follow-up interview with him tomorrow.

Our long-time Chocolate Fling emcee, and overall local Epilepsy Foundation supporter, James Howard, will compete in the 70.3 Half IRONMAN Chattanooga on May 17, and the FULL IRONMAN on September 27.
This is to honor his wife, Christy who has epilepsy, and to raise both funds and awareness for the local Foundation here in Chattanooga.·
