The Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee offers several ways for supporters to make contributions to help people with epilepsy:

Contributions are used for programs and services made available to adults and children with epilepsy and their families. Your generous gift to the Foundation may be designated toward a specific program or given to further the overall quality of services.

Be a Bi-Lo Booster!
Just go to www.bi-lo.com and register to be a Bi-Lo Booster. Click on Boosters under the Programs category. Simply enter your Bonus Card number and last name to log in. Enter 7535 as the organization number. Then, every time you use your Bonus Card you'll be supporting the work of the Foundation!
Please ask friends and relatives to support epilepsy education by registering as a Booster and designating the Epilepsy Foundation as one of their supported charities.

In-Kind Gifts
Gifts are welcome which are non-cash in value. Items may include free or substantial discounts on services rendered or purchased such as printing or prizes for events, computer equipment/software, office supplies/equipment, or strategic planning services.

Memorials or Gifts in Honor of a Friend or Loved One
The Foundation will send an appropriate card to the honored person or to a living family member acknowledging your thoughtfulness. With your contribution, simply include a note with the name of the person in whose name you are making the special gift, as well as the name and address of the person you want to receive acknowledgement of your gift. Your expression of caring will encourage your friends and help provide education about epilepsy.

Planned Gifts
Given via your will or other estate planning tools, bequests are an excellent way to ensure that your caring concern continues to help provide services to those with epilepsy. Also, gifts of securities, stocks, bonds, and mutual funds may provide significant capital gains tax savings. Please consult a financial advisor to determine what long-range planning vehicles are most convenient and economical for you.

Special Events
Community support of special events like the annual Mud Volleyball Tournament, Celebrity Cake Auction and Golf Classic help fund education and Camp Lakewood expenses, as does the annual sale of Dining Adventure Books. Opportunities for corporate sponsorship are an excellent marketing vehicle for your company. Or, you may participate in the event by giving a contribution or raising pledges
(if applicable).

Designations from the Combined Federal Campaign (#5318) are also appreciated. A contract from the Tennessee Bureau of Health helps us provide education and client services.
