The 3rd Annual Chocolate Fling & Silent Auction, presented by Erlanger Health System, was a great success! We raised over $16,000 that will help us to continue serving the people in our area with epilepsy! Thank you to all of you who came out and sampled delicious chocolates and bid on silent auction items!

                 The event was held this year at The Mill of Chattanooga. Celebrity judges were Calvin Sneed with NewsChannel 9, James Howard with Sunny 92.3, State Representative Richard Floyd and Sonia Young, the Purple Lady. We also had three industry food tasters: Brian Leutwiler from Riverside Wine & Spirits, Miss Tonya from The Cake Gallery and Kim Hawke with Chattanooga Bakery.

                Restaurants that participated were 212 Market Street, Blue Orchid Bistro, Café Lemont, Chattanooga Cupcakes, Gigi’s Cupcakes, Marquis Cakes, The Hot Chocolatier, The Melting Pot, Sweet Angel Cakes, Market Street Tavern, Southern Belle Riverboat, St. John’s,  and Virginia’s Southside Café.

               Judges’ Choice award went to 212 Market Street for their Bittersweet Chocolate Truffle. People’s Choice award went Marquis Cakes with their Chocolate Cheesecake Temptation. Most Creative Presentation went to The Hot Chocolatier for their creative chocolate sculpture.
