Keeping accurate records of a child or adult's medical history and emergency contact information can be critical and vitally important if they experience seizures.
Epilepsy Foundation and Medtronics Foundation have been working to design a My-MED Medical ID Bracelet on which medical history, seizure action plan, allergies and emergency contact information can be stored. This data is password protected on a hidden flash drive that can be quickly accessed by a caregiver to determine the best course of action for an individual in need of medical assistance.
These bracelets will be complimentary, and available through our local affiliate, or Epilepsy Foundation of America.
