Since we know the importance of medication compliance for people with epilepsy, the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee can provide a limited amount of financial assistance to individuals in our area with epilepsy who need help paying for their anti-epileptic medications. We can also assist you in applying for prescription assistance programs through the pharmaceutical company that makes your medication.
You must have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (adjusted for family size) to qualify for financial assistance through our foundation. Please call (423) 634-1771 or (423) 634-1772 today for more information.
If you have epilepsy and have a need we cannot meet, we will be happy to refer you to local agencies that may be able to assist.
If you need help with utility bills, please call United Way at one of the following numbers:
2-1-1 if you are in Chattanooga.
(423) 265-8000 if you are in Tennessee but not in Chattanooga.
