What kind of chocolate will be there?

 

All sorts! Truffles, cupcakes, ice cream, cookies, cannolis...  You ticket purchase entitles you to as much chocolate as you would like.

To-go boxes will be available (if there is any chocolate left...) at the end of the event for $5 each.

 

 

 

Will there be refreshments?

 

Mayfield milk, water, coffee and cappuccino will be offered for free.  Beer, wine, and champagne will be available for purchase at the bar.  (A portion of these proceeds support Epilepsy Foundation)

 

 

 How much money do I need to participate in the Silent Auction?

  

Available at the Silent Auction will be items ranging from $20 certificates to entire weekend vacation packages normally valued approximately $1000.

 

 

How does the Silent Auction work?

 

 

  • Each person has a bid number on their ticket. 
  • Each item/package has a bid sheet. 
  • If you're willing to bid on the item, simply write your bid number down on the sheet and how much you're willing to bid. 
  • Keep checking the table to see if someone outbids you! If they do, simply outbid them!
  • Tables close at different times, so be sure to know when the item you want closes so you aren't outbid! 

 

What is in the Silent Auction?

 

Gift certificates or items for every part of your life!

How much are Chocolate Fling tickets?

 

$25 by April 19th at 3:00 p.m.

$30 at the door

$10 Children 3 - 12

Children 2 and under are free.

100% of the proceeds go to helping fund the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee's programs!

Where is Pier 2?  Is it the Southern Belle?

  

Almost, but not quite. It is the pier where the Southern Belle docks. The pier is shaped like a boat.

What should I wear?

 

The event is casual. People come in everything from business clothing to jeans.
