January - April 2010 - Ongoing educational trainings for the Chattanooga Fire Department

March 4 - Support group 5:30 Siskin Hospital. 1st floor Outpatient Conference Room. Nataria Pitiyanuvath, MD will be speaking on "Women and Epilepsy" issues including pregnancy, hormones, and medications. Dr. Pitiyanuvath is a board-certified neurologist who currently practices at Erlanger Hospital. Her clinical and research interests center upon epilepsy. After completing her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, she received her medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. Thereafter, she completed a residency in neurology at the University of Cincinnati. She then completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Vanderbilt University. She has participated in several clinical studies directed at improving the lives of those with epilepsy.

March 26 - Educational training for UTC students majoring in special education.

April 1 - Support group 5:30 Siskin Hospital. Speaker TBD.

April 5 - Educational training for parents at the Chattanooga Autism Center.
